The camera never lies – or does it?
While not directly relevant to the subject of EU withdrawal, thee two pictures taken from last Sunday’s “march of unity” in Paris show that even without the aid of Photoshop and other clever tools for editing digital pictures. you can convey a rather misleading impression.
This first picture suggests that the world’s leaders were leading a pretty substantial crowd of people in a big march through the city. However, a second image presents a different story.
To quote The Foggy Mirror from where these images were obtained, “Here’s the gang, Taken from a slightly different angle, marching bravely at the head of their security men down a previously cleared side street…”
You can’t believe all you read in the press. It looks like you can’t believe all you see either.
