Nick Clegg and his Facebook team don’t want you to attend our online event on Sunday about sovereignty and democracy. What is he afraid of?

His people just banned it. Please fight back and attend anyway – It’s free, with great speakers!!
Our Facebook post, notifying people of our FREE, online worldwide event about sovereignty and democracy has just been banned by Facebook’s Nick Clegg and his staff. STOP PRESS: Perhaps for this reason, yesterday we were able to attract a surprise “Special Guest Star” to appear! (See below.)
Clearly Sir Nick (Facebook’s ‘Vice-president of Global Affairs and Communications’) and his people don’t want you hearing about the belief that nations should be sovereign and that it’s the people who should decide who makes their laws.
We have of course complained to Facebook but have yet to receive a response.

This Sunday (01 Dec) at 10am UK time
We very much hope you will want to show Facebook, Nick Clegg, and his woke, globalist, no-platforming tribe of extremists in California that he cannot silence you and he cannot silence us. All the details to attend this FREE, online worldwide event are below.
We’d love to see you on Sunday at 10am UK time. And if you want to ask questions of our keynote speakers, you are very welcome. We take questions in order, so just raise your hand, or write a question in the chat on YouTube.
STOP PRESS – SPECIAL GUEST STAR
We are delighted to tell readers that we have just received confirmation that in addition to our two excellent keynote speakers at this event, we will have a surprise appearance from a “Special Guest Star”.
This is someone who is making the news today, highly knowledgeable about sovereignty, democracy and the EU, as well as having an in-depth understanding of the critical issues facing our United Kingdom due to the EU’s actions in effectively splitting it.
Eloquent, passionate, and charming, he will not hold back when he addresses the Global Discussion Forum on Sunday morning. You do NOT want to miss this! He has also kindly agreed – as have our other speakers – to take questions from the audience after his address to us all.
At this point we are not revealing the identity of this person, but you will not be disappointed!

Your keynote speakers
On Sunday morning we are delighted to have the Leader of the TUV Party, Jim Allister KC MP, and the former Comms Director of the DUP, Dan Boucher, to address us. In addition we can now tell readers that we will have “Special Guest Star” – an individual who is suddenly in the news more than this person normally is!
When Nick Clegg’s Facebook last banned us in the summer, they ended up apologising
When this last happened to us back in the summer, we complained to Facebook as usual. Days went by, during which the news value of our post relating to the article we had linked to had lost its currency and news value.
In the end, however, we actually received an apology from Facebook, as readers can see to the right. This appears to be a same day response but it wasn’t. It did not show up for several more days after the dates which show on Facebook’s response.
In effect, the damage had been done.
Nevertheless, to get an actual apology out of Facebook in the end was something. It reminded us of that other famous occasion involving Sir Nick Clegg, when he was obliged to apologise for the LibDems’ complete about-turn on their promise regarding student tuition fees, with which they had gone to the electorate in the General Election. (See ‘Observations’ below.)
At the subsequent General Election as everyone knows, the LibDems got annihilated. Perhaps there’s a lesson there for the current Labour Government, in what happens to political parties which break clear manifesto promises.

This event is going ahead, regardless of Facebook
Please attend our event – even if you simply join us on YouTube or Zoom and don’t ask any questions. It’s enough that you will be there, supporting free speech and listening to some interesting speakers.
Finally, we simply cannot resist the temptation to remind readers of the amusing song and video produced by ‘CassetteBoy’ about Sir Nick Clegg’s grovelling apology for breaking his firm promise on tuition fees. These days Sir Nick can’t be voted out of office as he was never elected to his current Vice-President role at Facebook. Still, we expect an apology from Facebook once again.
Whilst waiting for Facebook to apologise again, please come to the event Nick Clegg and his Facebook staff do not want you to attend. Let’s show him and the ‘global elites’ that freedom of thought and expression does actually matter – even in today’s topsy-turvy world. Please put Sunday at 10am (UK time) into your diaries and copy and paste this link: https://facts4eu.org/news/2024_nov_clegg_bans_you_again so that you have the joining details. See you all on Sunday!
