France ‘exports’ over 3 times as many illegal migrants to the UK as it has deported worldwide

An EXCLUSIVE report from the Brexit Facts4EU.org think-tank, for CIBUK.Org
This study uses the latest official data from the start of last year to June this year
Since the start of last year Macron’s France has ‘exported’ more than three-and-a-half times as many illegal boat migrants to the UK as it has deported to all other countries in the world combined.
This is the stark reality revealed in a study by the Brexit Facts4EU.Org think-tank carried out for CIBUK.Org. They analysed the official data from the UK Home Office and compared it with the official data from the EU Commission’s statistics agency for deportations from France. The results are highly revealing.
Almost all of the thousands of illegal boat migrants arriving on England’s southern coastline now come from President Macron’s France. It is therefore reasonable to compare the numbers of boat migrants with the total number of illegal migrants which France has deported via official means.
Below we summarise the results.
Summary
French ‘exports’ of illegal migrants to the UK via boats
versus its official worldwide deportations
For the period Jan 2022-Jun 2023
1. France’s illegal boat migrants leaving its shores
- France has ‘exported’ 57,188 of its illegal migrants to the UK since the start of last year
- This is the number of ‘illegal boat migrants’ in that period, according to the Home Office
- France only legally deported 15,950 in the same period – to all countries of the world combined
- Macron’s illegal boat migrants it has ‘exported’ outnumber those it has deported by 3.5 times

.
2. France’s ‘orders to leave’
- France has ordered 333,760 third-country nationals to leave since Jan 2022
- Only 15,950 actually left – less than 5%
- In the same period 57,188 departed for the UK
- This represents over 17% of the number of official orders to leave

What does all this mean?
In short, the number of illegal migrants that the French government and the EU has allowed to leave for UK shores since the start of last year dwarves the number that France has managed to deport via legal means.
Legal deportation is a lengthy and costly process. The illegal migrants who depart France by small boats for England pay the traffickers themselves, saving the French government time, effort and money.
When the migrants arrive in the UK they then cost the taxpayer £6.5 million per day in hotel costs, plus daily spending money, plus the cost of healthcare, social services, and schooling.

Observations
On Thursday last week Rishi Sunak flew to Grenada in Spain for the ‘European Political Community’ summit, as Facts4EU.Org reported. Whilst he was there he met President Macron, the recipient of around £0.8bn in UK funds to stop the traffic from the French coast.
With a large part of the British public demanding action on this situation, (and on that of high legal immigration), it is disappointing that no statement has been issued by No.10 on the contents of any discussions the PM may have had with Emmanuel Macron when they met in Grenada.
We must assume that the PM had no such forceful conversation with the French President.
